Returns and Exchanges For Dancewear (Clothes Only. Please see below for shoes.) We want you to be happy with everything that you purchase with us, and will gladly exchange or refund the full amount of your dancewear item if you are not 100% satisfied. If the size doesn't fit and you'ld like to exchange it, please send back with a note explaining reason for return, including your name, address, date, item and cost on your note, new size and style you'd like, and we'll ship you the new item immediately upon receiving your return. If the cost of your exchange is more than you paid for your original item we will charge the difference. If you are returning an item and want a refund please include a note explaining your reason for return, including your name, address, date, item and cost on your note, and we will issue you a refund. Please insure all products that you ship back since we are not responsible for any items lost or stolen in the mail.

Dance shoes can only be exchanged for a different size or style if you are not happy with your product. All exchanges must be made within 7 days of receipt, and must be in brand new condition, including shoe boxes for full credit. We cannot accept shoes that have been soiled or worn. One free exchange for every pair of shoes you purchase. If you refuse to exchange and demand a refund we will credit your charge card minus a $15 return/restocking fee. Special order shoes are an additional fee and cannot be returned or exchanged since they are made just for you. We will make every possible effort to have you completely satisfied with every pair of shoes. Shoes that are being sent back must include the shoe boxes for a full credit for exchange. Please insure all products that you ship back since we are not responsible for any items lost or stolen in the mail. VERY FINE DANCE SHOE Returns/Exchanges: Please click here for your Return/Change Form, that must accompany your exchange for Very Fine Dance Shoes. Ship to warehouse address on form. Stephanie, Go Go and Stephanie Professional shoe exchanges must be mailed to Fern Helms, Save On Dancewear, 17950 Mirasol Drive, San Diego, CA 92128 with a note inside. Shoes must be in brand new condition unworn or will be sent back to customer. Returns and Exchanges for Tights & Panties Due to the nature of the tights and panties you cannot return or exchange these items. Thanks in advance for your understanding. Backorders We occasionally experience backorders on some of our dance shoes. If your shoe size is out of stock we can credit your charge until the shoe is delivered, or you can select any other shoe at any price for no additional cost.
